The goal of the study was to improve the information systems at KPRI Diponegoro University to allow members to do online registrations, loan applications, and payments. The researchers used the TOGAF framework to analyze and design the business and information system architecture. They found that by enhancing the features and functions of the existing systems, members could access services more conveniently through a website or mobile app.
