Ukraine Overhauls Intellectual Property Protection, Streamlining Access to Legal Recourse
The article discusses how Ukraine protects intellectual property rights using legal structures. The state has organizations to safeguard these rights, but changes are needed to meet international standards fully. The paper suggests altering the current three-tier system to a two-tier setup for better efficiency. Main findings show that the existing system isn’t completely aligned with global norms for protecting intellectual property. The study recommends ways to enhance the system.
