The researchers looked at how public procurement works in Moldova and found ways to make it more efficient. They found that ethical behavior, control effectiveness, and information systems are important for optimizing public procurement financing. Suggestions were made to enhance the public financing system, especially in electronic procurement procedures using the MTender system.
