The study looked at how public infrastructure projects are managed in Ghana's Eastern Region. They found that Municipal and District Assemblies identify stakeholders through forums and use tools like RACI matrices and communication plans. Effective stakeholder management can impact project duration, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. However, challenges from internal, external, and dual sources can hinder effective stakeholder management. Educating stakeholders and clear communication from the start are recommended for better project understanding.
