The article explores how to include energy planning in real estate and city planning in Zimbabwe. Energy is crucial for a country's development, but Zimbabwe hasn't effectively combined energy production with urban planning. By studying Harare, the article found many opportunities to integrate energy into planning and real estate, but the lack of policies is a barrier. To improve this integration, energy mapping tools and innovative planning methods should be used.
