Innovative Phosphorus Management Boosts Groundnut Yield and Nutrient Uptake
A study was done to see how different ways of adding phosphorus to soil affect the growth of groundnut plants after rice. They tried using inorganic fertilizer, green manure, and biofertilizer. The best results came from using green manure and biofertilizer together. Among the different levels of phosphorus, using 100% of the recommended amount gave the highest yield and nutrient uptake for the groundnut plants. This means that adding the right amount of phosphorus in the right way can help plants grow better and take in more nutrients.
