A system was developed to predict private spending and investments in Armenia using various time series data. By combining different forecasting methods, analysts can make more accurate predictions before official statistics are released. The BVAR and FAVAR models were found to provide reliable forecasts for 2-3 quarters, making them useful for short-term analysis of private demand in Armenia.
