The study looked at factors influencing apartment auction prices in Seoul. They compared factors affecting auction prices adjusted for timing and court auction prices. Results showed that changes in actual transaction prices had a negative effect on adjusted auction prices but a positive effect on court auction prices. Factors like trading volume, land price changes, and elapsed years had a positive impact on auction prices.
