Participatory planning boosts strategy success in small industries, study finds.
The article explores how involving employees in planning and being flexible in strategy can impact the success of small and medium industries. The study involved 171 executives from companies in Kerman industrial areas. Results show that involving employees in planning positively affects strategic flexibility, human resources commitment, and strategy implementation. However, it can also lead to negative political behavior. Human resources commitment is crucial for successful strategy implementation. On the other hand, political behavior and strategic flexibility do not significantly impact strategy implementation.
