Space projects are becoming faster and more varied, requiring new design processes. Concurrent Engineering (CE) is a collaborative design approach used in the space industry, but it lacks task prioritization. To address this, Agile methodologies are proposed to optimize design solutions by prioritizing tasks based on project needs and requirements. By applying Agile methods to spacecraft design, the design process becomes more efficient and adaptable, leading to improved design solutions compared to traditional CE methods.
