Core drilling in mine tunnels can be challenging, especially when drilling horizontally. To address this, high-speed coring drilling rigs and tools have been developed. These rigs can move easily, adjust speed and torque, and are adaptable to different processes. The tools use hydraulic transmission to achieve high-efficiency coring without lifting the drill. Tests have shown that this technology and equipment can efficiently core horizontal holes up to 500m deep with minimal labor intensity.
