Small and medium-sized businesses play a crucial role in the economy. This review looked at how organizational culture, learning, and technology impact a company's competitive strategy and performance. The study found that a strong company culture helps with learning but doesn't directly affect competitive strategy. However, information technology positively influences competitiveness and performance. Having a solid competitive strategy also leads to better company performance.
