The study explores how double-skin facades can enhance the aesthetic appeal of urban landscapes by combining structural functionality with energy efficiency. By using advanced construction techniques, these facades can regulate temperature, light, and noise levels while providing comfort to residents without wasting energy. In Iran, double-skin facades are not widely used due to their modernity and perceived low performance. The research focuses on analyzing the specific features of double-skin facades and their aesthetic impact on urban landscapes.
