The study looked at how different organic nutrients affect the growth and yield of black rice varieties. They found that using Vermicompost and Jeevamrutha significantly increased the number of tillers, straw yield, and fertility ratio. For Manipuri black rice, these nutrients also led to earlier panicle emergence, higher grain yield and protein content, and better economic returns. Overall, applying Vermicompost and Jeevamrutha can improve the productivity and profitability of organic Manipuri black rice cultivation.
