The study looked at how different types of organic manures affect the growth and yield of coriander plants. They tested various combinations of farmyard manure (FYM), vermicompost, and chemical fertilizers over three years. The best results were seen with a combination of FYM and chemical fertilizer, which increased coriander yield by over 100% compared to the control group. This treatment also gave the highest profit and benefit-cost ratio. The second most effective treatment was just the chemical fertilizer, which also significantly improved growth and yield of coriander plants.
