The study looked at how easy it is to use and access formal financial services affects how satisfied people are with their finances. They surveyed 120 students from different universities and found that when people have better access to formal financial services, they tend to be more satisfied with their finances. People who feel more in control of their financial decisions also tend to be more satisfied with their finances. Overall, having good access to formal financial services and feeling confident in managing money can lead to greater financial satisfaction.
