The article introduces a new method for quickly and effectively segmenting images. By using a special type of histogram and edge detection, the method can find the best threshold for separating different parts of an image. This approach reduces the time needed for calculations, making the process faster and more suitable for real-time applications. The results show that this method outperforms traditional techniques in terms of speed and accuracy when segmenting images.
