The article explores how organizational culture influences risk management in IT projects in the UAE. It emphasizes the importance of having a project management system that can handle risks to avoid project delays, increased costs, and customer dissatisfaction. Traditional risk management focuses on identifying, analyzing, and treating risks, but many organizations overlook the need for a risk management culture.
