Paper Summary

Islamic banks are not innovating as much as conventional banks, according to a study in Bandung. Researchers surveyed 100 players from each industry and found that Islamic banks lag behind in innovation. The study used statistical tests to compare the two groups and found that Islamic banks need to improve their innovations to compete with conventional banks.
