Higher Return on Assets Boosts Firm Value in Indonesian Food Sector.
The study analyzed how Return On Assets (ROA) affects the value of food and beverage companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. By looking at annual reports, the researchers found that higher ROA leads to better firm value. In simpler terms, when a company's financial performance, as measured by ROA, is higher, it means they are more efficient in using their assets to make profits.
