New solar power method reduces fluctuations, speeds up energy production!
A new method for tracking the maximum power point in solar panels was developed using the k factor technique. By analyzing power changes, the method adjusts the duty cycle to reach the maximum power point faster and with fewer fluctuations. The constant k value of 0.8 was used in the calculations. When compared to other techniques in MATLAB/Simulink, this method showed reduced monitoring time and steady-state power oscillations.
