Construction-related professional services firms in Nigeria are not fully ready to adopt lean construction practices. A study assessed their readiness using a questionnaire and found that while they have process/project readiness, they lack management, people, and technology readiness. This means they need more education and training on lean construction principles to improve their readiness.
