Debt, Dividends, and Ownership: Keys to Boosting Firm Value!
The study looked at how a company's debt policy, dividend policy, and ownership structure affect its value. They analyzed data from 20 property and real estate companies in Indonesia from 2014-2018. The results showed that having more debt and paying dividends can increase a company's value. Additionally, having institutional ownership and managerial ownership can also positively impact a firm's value.
