The study looked at how good corporate governance practices affect a company's value. They used data from Indonesian companies over a three-year period and found that the Board of Commissioners and Institutional Ownership have an impact on firm value. However, the size of Independent Commissioners, the Audit Committee, and Managerial Ownership did not show a significant effect on firm value.
