The Syafana Islamic School transformed its full-day program into a boarding school system by integrating different curricula. They used the SWOT analysis model to analyze the change process. The school implemented four collaborative strategies: Strategic Opportunity, Strength Threat, Weakness Opportunity, and Weakness Threat. These strategies helped the school manage the transformation effectively by leveraging strengths, anticipating threats, overcoming weaknesses, and minimizing external threats.
