The study looked at how employees' motivation affects their engagement at a company in Indonesia. They found that organizational culture can lower employee motivation, while job characteristics and environment can boost it. Employee motivation plays a crucial role in how engaged employees are in their work. It acts as a mediator between employee engagement and other factors. This research used a method called structural equation modeling on data from 289 employees to reach these conclusions.
