The study looked at how personality traits, emotional intelligence, and academic performance are connected in college students at TAR UC. They found that extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness are linked to emotional intelligence, while neuroticism is not. Emotional intelligence, however, does not have a significant impact on academic achievement.
