Knowledge sharing and learning drive innovation, boosting organizational performance significantly.
Knowledge sharing and organizational learning play a crucial role in improving organizational performance and fostering innovation. A study conducted with 217 managers in Surabaya, East Java, found that knowledge sharing positively impacts organizational performance and innovation. Additionally, organizational learning also has a positive effect on organizational performance and innovation. The research used a causality approach and analyzed the data using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results indicate that innovation acts as a mediator between organizational learning and entrepreneurial performance, but not between knowledge sharing and organizational performance.
