The research looked at how corporate social responsibility and corporate governance affect the performance of State Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. They studied 14 companies from 2012 to 2017 and found that both social responsibility and certain aspects of governance, like the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, have a significant impact on company performance. However, corporate governance as a whole does not directly affect performance.
