This article discusses how managing human resources can improve the quality of education at Al-Islam Krian High School in Indonesia. The study used a qualitative case study approach to examine how planning and training can enhance the skills of educators and staff. The research found that by analyzing human resource needs, mapping positions, and providing training, schools can improve the quality of education.
