Asset management involves managing built environment assets through various processes. This project focused on using Building Information Modelling (BIM) for better asset management decisions. The researchers reviewed current digital asset management practices and developed a framework for asset data exchange, classification, location referencing, and information requirements. The goal was to promote the use of BIM and digital engineering technologies for more effective asset management. The final report provides valuable insights for academics and researchers to understand the development of the framework.
