The researchers studied the diversity and distribution of mollusks in the intertidal zone of Nglambor Beach. They found 19 species belonging to two classes of Mollusca. The upper zone had the highest diversity and evenness, while the lower zone had a dominant species called Thais tissoti. This study provides a checklist of mollusks for future intertidal research.
