The article presents a method to evaluate and reduce risk factors in project implementation. Researchers used a questionnaire survey to identify key risk factors in manufacturing companies in Malaysia. They found that operational risks were most significant. A software tool was developed to help assess and manage risks in projects, improving project management practices and increasing profitability.
