Researchers used surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis to gather information from bank managers and customers. The majority of respondents agreed that good customer relationship management helps commercial banks in Nigeria perform better in marketing. The study concluded that to stay competitive and attract new customers, it's important for banks to have strong and effective CRM practices in place.
