The article analyzes how financial factors and risks affect stock prices of pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2019. They looked at factors like Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Beta stock. The study found that ROE, DER, and Beta stock had a negative impact on stock prices, while EPS had a negative and significant effect. PER and PBV had a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices.
