Inflation above 6% in Nepal significantly hinders economic growth, study finds.
The study looked at inflation in Nepal from 1975 to 2014 to find the best rate for economic growth. They found that when inflation is below 6 percent, it doesn't hurt growth and might even help a bit. But if inflation goes above 6 percent, it starts to slow down economic growth. So, it's best to keep inflation under 6 percent to make sure the economy keeps growing well.
