The study looked at how age and experience affect leadership styles in managers at three banks in Kashmir. They found that transformational leadership is the most common style among managers of all ages and experience levels. Age and experience don't have a big impact on leadership styles, but as managers get older and more experienced, they tend to show more transformational leadership.
