The study looked at how applying boron to the soil and zinc to the leaves affected the growth and yield of cowpea plants. They tested different amounts of boron and zinc to see which combination worked best. The results showed that the highest plant height, number of branches, root nodules, dry weight, pods, seeds per pod, seed weight, seed yield, stover yield, and harvest index were achieved with a high dose of boron on leaves and zinc in the soil. The best crop growth rate was seen with a different combination of boron and zinc.
