Factors affecting cost accuracy include limited time, unreliable cost information, unclear drawings, inexperience, incomplete data, construction type, and project location. This review examined these factors in countries like New Zealand, Nigeria, Malaysia, and Gaza Strip, finding them to be significant across the board.
