The study looked at how good corporate governance affects the value of plantation companies in Indonesia. They focused on factors like board size, independent commissioners, and ownership. The researchers found that having independent commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership can significantly impact a company's value. Profitability, however, did not change this relationship. This research helps us understand how good corporate governance can influence the performance of plantation companies.
