The researchers tested different varieties and hybrids of sweet pepper to find the best ones for growing in Uzbekistan's Central zone. They looked at 20 types, including both local and foreign ones. They found that hybrids like Cadia, Procraft, Magno, and Dallas gave the highest yields, while varieties like Abai and Claudio ripened early. For big fruits, hybrids like Procraft and Dallas were recommended. Thick-walled varieties like Dar Tashkenta and hybrids like Cadia were also good choices. Overall, the F1 hybrids performed better than the tested varieties in terms of total and marketable yield.
