The article explores how a company's performance affects its social responsibility practices, with a focus on corporate governance in Ethiopian businesses. The study looked at 21 companies in the Amhara region and found that a company's performance has a big impact on its social responsibility efforts. Corporate governance plays a key role in bridging the gap between social responsibility and company success. The results suggest that socially responsible companies in Ethiopia are more likely to thrive.
