The article discusses how clusters can help countries develop their economies more effectively, especially in uncertain times. By studying international examples, it was found that cluster associations can be very efficient in using resources and driving innovation. The research suggests that Ukraine should adopt the cluster concept to improve its economy and learn from successful cluster models around the world.
