Optimizing Nitrogen Levels Boosts Okra Yield for Sustainable Farming.
The study looked at how different amounts of nitrogen and planting densities affect the growth and yield of okra plants. They tested five nitrogen levels and two row spacings in field trials at two locations. The results showed that the highest yield was obtained with a moderate amount of nitrogen in both planting densities at one location, while at the other location, the best yield came from a slightly higher nitrogen level. Overall, the total yield of okra varied depending on the nitrogen level and planting density used in the experiments.
