Land Deed Officials play a crucial role in ensuring legal certainty in land registration processes. The study focused on their responsibilities in creating land maps and registers of management rights in Bintan Regency. By analyzing laws and conducting field research, it was found that Agrarian Law mandates the registration of all land in Indonesia to secure land rights.
