The study evaluated the success of a local government revenue collection system in Tanzania. They found that the quality of the system and information positively impacted its success, while service quality and trust had a negative effect. Facilitating conditions did not have an impact. Building trust in the system is crucial for user satisfaction and increasing the public value of the system.
