Stakeholder management is crucial for the success of construction projects, but small companies often overlook it. Research shows that small construction companies struggle with managing project stakeholders effectively, despite its importance for project success. This study aimed to understand the needs and approaches of stakeholder management in small construction projects. The findings reveal a lack of maturity in this area among small construction companies, highlighting a gap between the importance of stakeholder management and its actual implementation in small projects.
