The article explores what makes workers more productive in North Macedonia, focusing on the ICT industry. They found that industries with more money invested in equipment and higher wages tend to have more productive workers. Also, having temporary workers, experienced staff, and more private companies in an industry can boost productivity. The study suggests that by investing in the ICT industry, North Macedonia can improve its competitiveness and grow its economy.
