Local Government Councils in Tanzania struggle to generate enough revenue due to weak collection strategies. Factors like financial facilitation and political interference greatly impact revenue generation. Lack of training for Councilors and Stakeholders has a low influence on revenue collection. The study shows that management support and training can help improve revenue generation in Local Government Authorities.
