Baby Boomers' Real Estate Investments Impacting Future Generations' Wealth
The study analyzed the satisfaction and re-investment intentions of Baby Boomers and previous generations in real estate investments. They used data from 541 surveys and statistical analysis tools to examine how investment factors affect satisfaction and re-investment intentions. The main findings were that investment profitability and external characteristics were key factors for Baby Boomers, while external characteristics and investment profitability were more important for previous generations. Additionally, satisfaction with investments influenced re-investment intentions. This research sheds light on the investment behaviors of older individuals.
